Bacon and egg

I've been experimenting with these individual portions of savoury-ness perfect for an afternoon tea or breakfast, perhaps? They have no pastry, just bacon curled round the cups then filled with peppers, cubes of potato and an egg/cream mixture.

The ones in the metal tin actually came out much better than the silicon - quite a difference!
