Beaumaris Pier

Tuesday is often Tai Chi day, so I travel over to Beaumaris. Sometimes I remember to take my camera, a few weeks ago I blipped the view towards Penmaenmawr but today I'm facing the other way and this is the newly refurbished pier.

The Olympic Flame passed through Beaumaris at 7 o'clock this morning, there was still a sense of excitement at 10 with flags flying and people milling around.
