Shrewsbury Ambulance Station ...

I passed the former ambulance station on my way home last night & decided to blip the location today.

It is always sad when you see a very familiar landmark closed & left to the elements. I understand demolition & a housing development is now in progress.
I used to visit my manager in a previous job here & it was always a busy place were the local ambulances were maintained.  At the rear were offices where all the local 999 calls were handled from.

Progress I suppose ...
