Landlord duties

My old flat looks so tired.went over to check it between tennants and it just looks run down. Even though i pay a agent to look after. Work, then afternoon cleaning grout and repainting bathroom floor to look a bit better. Then load up the car with as much boat clober as i can a) lift and b) fit in the car. Lovely drive west. The hills look amazing with the snow, but the glorious sun has gone and now its raining. Must be in argyll. Two days of work coming up. Sorry about blip. Forgot to take a proper photo.
