Sun Peeping ...

Silent Saturday started grey and drizzling and from time to time even rainy. In the beginning of the afternoon however, the grey sky broke, showed the blue of the celestial sphere and a sun that occasionally peeped through the clouds.

All in all, time to just visiting the Saturday market at Blaak doing the last Easter shopping.

I pictured the market before with Leica T and Summicron 1:2/23mm (is about 35mm cause Leica T is a 1,5x crop camera). Today I made the photo from the upper floor of the building you see in the middle of that Leica T photo, the building with the yellow piping on the outside, the municipal library of Rotterdam.

Now however with a Sony RX1R full frame compact with (Carl Zeiss) Sonnar 1:2/35mm. If you have some time look at the enlarged version of both pictures to enjoy the details. But I hope you enjoy the overall view of the images too. It's Rotterdam architecture praised all over the world as a 'must have seen' phenomenon ... ;-)

A tranquil and peaceful Easter to all of you!
