Harter Fell from Wallowbarrow

Fantastic day out in the Duddon Valley today, managed to get there ahead of most of W56's orienteer's who were taking part in the World Championships.
The crags at Wallowbarrow are often a real banker at this time of year, when the high mountain crags can still be cold and in the clag it often seems as if Summer has arrived early here.
They're not massive but most routes offer two or three pitches on very solid rock, gear and protection aren't always abundant, but what there is is very good - so its a good place to shake off the winter blues and to get that outdoor trad (climbing term, leader placed protection) head back into gear.
We climbed four lovely routes - two of which I'd never done before, which is always a bonus.
Hope everyone in Blipland's day was a sunny one, however you spent it.
