Canal running

B on the left of the photo is running the London Marthon, her first full marathon. Today she had to run 20miles her furthest and needed to support and motivation, so K and I joined her, one running the other on the bike.
Not sure how far I actually run but about 11-12miles I think by the way my legs feel now!
Need to work on my bike ridding selfie taking!
