First One to Hatch

A cool start to the day, but the sun broke through the cloud to make it quite pleasant.

The usual Sunday morning coffee, then home to pot up the Margarita I bought yesterday.

We have had a bit of a baking fest this holiday weekend;  Friday Victoria Scones;  Saturday Al made Parkin;  just had a piece with our cup of tea (not very seasonal but who cares) and today I trimmed up the little Easter cake.   Not the traditional Simnel Cake!   It was in fact the small Christmas cake I won in the Hamper in January!   Took off the Holly and hey presto resurrected Cake!

Later we are going to a friend's for a BBQ, so hoping the wind keeps down.
