West Lothian Run

This morning we all attended the West Lothian Easter Run held at Beecraigs Country Park.

MrsT, L and KL all did the 2km run and myself and friend JC also did it as a warm up for the 10 km race.

I targeted a sub 50 and just managed it by the skin of my teeth at 49:57 mins.

It was a tough course so I'm happy with that. It was also a beautiful morning.

Granny and Grandad popped in for a visit in the afternoon to drop off Easter eggs.

Wash the cars this afternoon before a night of ten pin bowling after dinner.
