Easter Day

Such a lovely day. Eight of us at lunch, with an age range spanning six decades. Everyone was in happy and relaxed mood, the roast pork with all the trimmings was delicious, the crackling turned out a treat, and the desserts that my daughter and I made were scrummy and looked just as good as the photos in the recipes - especially the pistachio meringue cake with cream and raspberry topping! Yum.

Now hunkering down for a chill out evening in front of the tv. Lazy bliss.
