The Contrail.

I had just missed the sunset over the rooftops, then this vapour trail appeared. It is a condensation trail made by the exhaust of an aircraft engine. I remember asking what caused these trails many years ago when I started working in an aircraft drawing office. Family and two dogs have now gone home in their various directions, hoping to beat tomorrow's traffic. My box of toys are packed away, beds changed and towels laundered. My daughter did the washing up,so now I shall put my feet up and finish off the strawberry cheesecake.
