Signs of Life

If you've not been before, make it so! Wistman's Wood on Dartmoor, absolutely stunning! A short walk, less than 3 miles from a small carpark, brings you to this wonderland of stunted oak trees, rock, lichen and moss. A bit rugged getting about in the wood - the floor is a mass of boulders and moss, so have good foot wear and take care if it's wet!
