A culinary trip

One of the greatest perks of NYC: any national kitchen is represented, often (today literally) around the corner. Among many others: Italian, Polish, Ethiopian, Indian, German, American, Chinese, Irish, Vietnamese, Persian, Korean, Mongolian, Thai, Maroccan, Turkish, Argentinean, Brazilian, Greek, Mexican, Dominican, Peruvian....and any fusion of these...! Today: a trip to Japan!
