The BIG 30

That's right.

I hit a milestone today - 30 years of life on Earth. Huzzah!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better place, or better people to spend it with. Christina came up to visit, my students bought a cake, friends gave me a mini-keg of my favorite Michigan beer, and we ate homemade cherry tarts and wild oyster mushrooms celebrating around the lake late into the night.

I feel so blessed. Many thanks and big cheers to many moons to come!
