upheaval

Not a before and after, more a before and during.
The builders and plumbers turned up at 8 on the dot and got straight to work.  No cup of tea, no radio.
Unfortunately they hit a stumbling block... "bit of a nightmare day! As you will see some bright spark has made a platform out of concrete! Spent most of the day trying to break it up without much success".

I'm glad we were out the house when they discovered this.  I can only imagine them pulling their hair out.

Friends from Glasgow through for the GamesMasters exhibition. Glad we had Dexter with his granny with a wee while. I would've been pretty concerned for him in amongst all those screens.  Guid craic with a few drinks afterwards in the Bow Bar and the 'Bat.
