not for this, I hasten to add, but up to the HoB. It was so damn busy in the food hall there (and the toilets) that I completely lost my temper (and almost my phone). I might have sworn at another customer....but we'll not go there >:-/ So I got a pair of Converse, a raincoat and a little cashmere shrug-thingy (all in the sale - BONUS!
