This strange yellow thing was in the sky today and it gave off warm heat, what was it? Could it be that sunshine they all talk of?

Nice day with family, went for a run this morning but failed to run it all my bad knee from tripping up last week now is sore:(
Had to some work tonight but now one more day at work in Leicester then off for four working days. Whoop
