Striated Heron(Adult)

I usually see so many immature Striated Herons, so it was lovely to capture this very bold adult. Some men had been fishing and had left some dead fish on the mudflats near my camp chair and this bird was determined to eat them! He walked up very nonchalantly and gobbled them up. In the book it says this bird is a skulker & hard to find, but obviously not when there is free food about!
