It's all a facade...I think.

So, centre of town, the Anker building on the right, Anker köz behind it. So...the building in the centre of the photo matches the facade of the Anker building on one side, but the other side (recently renovated) is a completely different kettle of fish. So, the question is...what size rooms are located where? From ground level looking up, the window frame heights appear not to match. Is it merely a facade?!
