Humble Cook

Breakfast Tuesday at Bertie Lou's in the Sellwood Community of Portland is always an enjoyable experience. The front counter, register, cook, cashier, kitchen and cooking area all got into this blip. There is an adjoining seating area with framed art, including many customer sourced paper napkin art pieces. I had one of the specials today, huevos rancheros, bringing back memories of my time living in New Mexico.
Future blip will require seeing the lovely waitress, whom today we discussed the tendency for those with Type O Positive to have allergic reactions to citrus.
