Ice Skating

Good Friday and we're all off!  But as the weather wasn't that great we decided to do something indoors so ice skating it was.  This was L's second time skating and she had a great time, first starting off with a penguin aid and then trying it all by herself.  I must say I was more confident the last time we went.  Seeing people falling over makes me nervous I guess and it was much busier than last time.

Afterwards we went to the 'tent shop' as we call it, others will know it by it's proper name Go Outdoors.  L investigated every tent in the place and there were a lot.  She made friends with another kid in a tent and they played happily while I sat on a deck chair in the tent porch and Husband checked out all the must have hillwalking gear.  Funnily enough he didn't get anything but L got a new jacket and boots for hillwalking.

Dinner was had at Wagamama, a favourite restaurant of mine at the moment. Yum!  What a nice end to the day.
