As I pulled up to an intersection, I came across an accident scene... This was before any police or wreckage transport or ambulance had arrived... You can see some debris strewn across the road... (If this were a self-driving car, how would liability be handled? Makes me wonder how  insurance companies currently handle autonomous vehicles.)
