Beecraigs Fun Run

Cousin KL stayed with us overnight last night.  We all got up fairly early though as today was race day!  We were out of the house by 09:30.  We met up with Husband's hillwalking buddy - they were both doing the much harder 10k, us girls were doing the 2k, although the boys did that as a warm up!  It was tough but great fun.  The girls were very proud with their medals to show for it.  While the 10k was on the kids did an Easter egg hunt and played in the adventure park and went on a frog hunt around the pond.  We managed to cheer on Husband and his friend at the end too.  This is such a great event and our second year of doing it.

Grannie and Grandad visited us in the afternoon and the girls got to ride in Grandad's kit car, they thought it was ace being driven in a fancy car with no roof.
