Bad Choice

Another trip to Westmorland General to get my hand re dressed and reviewed, but thankfully a fairly quick visit this time.

As neither of us had visited the west coast much we decided to have a run up there , heading for Whitehaven. Big mistake  as the weather was misty cold and horrible and we never saw the coastline. We stopped at Ravenglass which didn't inspire either of us, not helped by the murky sky, so I took a couple of murky photos and we turned round and headed back. At Newby Bridge the mist lifted and it was warm and sunny , so we had a quick drink at The Swan, sat outside in the wonderful sunshine, and then headed back to the caravan where we found we were still in the murk! Think we should have headed inland today rather than up the coast.
