Hound Tor medieval village

A beautiful day today and I joined our walking group on a visit to 10 "easy" tors on Dartmoor. I have walked 11 miles in total and I think my legs will be aching in the morning, I didn't find the climb up to 3 of them in the easy category.
En route, we passed this medieval village which was a flourishing farming community in 1300 AD. It is thought that either the hamlet was deserted about the time of the Black Death in 1348 or due to climate change.
