Veggie Night

Several years back I spent a whole year eating vegetarian. I was initially broken by fish and then by bacon.

It's unlikely that I could sustain a veggie diet. What I can do is structure my diet to include more vegetarian meals... Something I like anyway. So initially two days a week vegetarian, two days fish and two meat, leaving one day for pot luck.

Tonight's dinner is a mushroom stroganoff. Simple ingredients, delicious results
