Prize Cake

 
Tucked in teatime to this delicious fruitcake.
 
 M won it in a raffle at The Burrell Collection"s  recent Easter fund-raising event for a local special school in Glasgow.
 
The fruitcake was made by a member of staff, and M works at The Burrell  Collection as a volunteer guide.
