No.1 The Thames

Went for a stroll along by Grain beach today and got a few shots of the fort that sits at the end of the Medway as it enters the Thames. It is actually for sale as 'No.1 The Thames'!

This is how they describe it...

"Grain Tower Battery was completed in 1855 and was similar to the earlier Napoleanic East Coast Martello towers. It is located in the Thames Estuary off Grain and can be reached by foot via a causeway at low tide. It has been altered a number of times over the years hence it's appearance.

Key features:
25000 sq feet "Blank Canvas"
Poential for useage as Hotel
Poential for useage as Marina
Poential for useage as Water Sports
Poential for useage as Restaurant
Access Road at Low Tide
Land around the Facility"

Maybe not for me!
