Self portrait - with rules

Hard work cycling home this afternoon - too tired, too much traffic, too many red lights etc. As a result, I thought I would have my first tentative go at running immediately after cycling. My transition was slightly more than the 8 second I was aiming for, but it may have helped me avoid jelly legs. Anyhoo, just ran to the graveyard and back - only 5 minutes - but gave me a bit of an insight into the practical problems e.g. running with padded cycling shorts not only looks odd, it feels odd.
