Roasted cacao

There is a small store close to the Basilica de la Virgen de la Salud in Pátzcuaro, Michoacán where you can buy the best handcrafted chocolate you can taste! Three generations making it from scratch; she also manufactures jellies, coffee, and sells the cacao beans by weight.
My favorite sweet...chocolate!!! Simply wonderful :-)
