Wind up

Made it into the office today after catching a train to Newport, and then my mate picking me up to go to the office. Blimey I forgot what early mornings were like, and it's caught up with me tonight I'm blinking shattered.

Now as I have to travel across the Severn River to get to work, I usually take the new bridge because I'm scared to death of the original bridge. Typical of my mate though, he decides to drive across the original bridge to wind me up.

It is an iconic bridge though even being granted Grade 1 listing, originally built in 1966 and finally connecting South Wales to England.
