Lettuce!!

This beautiful lettuce came in my veg box today and is bigger than my head. Lots of lettuce based meals coming up! Also got some asparagus which I ate for tea with a sea bass fillet - what a posh tea!

One more day at work until a week off, can't come fast enough!
