Feeding time

Coots on the canal and the brood have recently hatched. Nine in all but to be honest I don't think with the huge pike in the canal the little chicks have much chance. Certainly they didn't last year... Every day their numbers dwindled and I can't honestly say if any at all survived! Those pike were humungus!
