Kinloch: Celebrating A Good Life

We attended Deryck's funeral yesterday at Taupo and afterwards back to  "The TIpsey Trout" in Kinloch Village , on the North Western shores of Lake Taupo.
This was Deryck's local pub and it was a very fitting place to celebrate his life. ....and celebrate we did.... with guitars, harmonica, trumpet and voice .We had to leave about 8:30 pm as Peter had an early start on the golf course this morning(Sunday) and it is an hour and a half drive back to Matamamta. The joint was really rocking when we left with the dance floor packed and the music in full force.
Deryck would definitely have been pleased with HIS DAY!
