The ageing process is rather swift!

I think I must have trapped a horrible bug in my jar of well-preserved, well-lived life! I only made this about 6 weeks ago! See what I mean here!

Thankfully I don't seem to be doing quite so badly! Today's maintenance chemo didn't touch the sides! I came home, had a nap and now I feel fine - I'm even a little peckish! Perhaps I'll treat myself to a bowl of muesli!
