Sundown over the village

It's been a funny old day today.  Fortunately our orienteering event at Calverley Woods finished just before the weather front came through so only the last handful of competitors got a soaking.  From then on it wasn't much of a day for blipping until the front cleared through a short while ago and a lovely evening emerged.  My blip is taken from Becky's bedroom window overlooking the village just as the sun is dipping below the moor.  The elder tree in the foreground is the location for my bird blips and is now greening up nicely.  It is still full of birds having a last feed at 7.30pm and I'm pleased to note the tiny sticks and moss gathered from my garden tidying appear to have disappeared for nest building!
