Beauty is all around us.

Tiffany with Owl shopper and the raised beds.

Before I left the house this morning to go to the raised beds at the station, Tiffany pounced on my favourite owl shopper and provided entertainment and several good photos of his playfulness.
I planted African marigolds, the variety is called Crackerjack and it is parent planting, to try and deter insects such as carrot fly and black fly.
No sign of anything happening as yet, but there are carrots, onions, rocket and little gem lettuce all germinating.
I have planted strawberries around the border.
A pleasant start to the week, but very cold, strong wind and sunny.
All the recycling has been collected and the bags are now back in the box at the end of the kitchen.
Have a good Monday blipper friends.
