A new lease of life?

A pretty dreich day today. Took dog to the local park for an evening walk, and noticed that the wee pavilion, which has been unused and neglected for years, has got fencing around it. I'm hoping it's good news.

Coincidentally, I blipped it almost exactly two years ago.
