"Prodigal Pork Chop"

That is the rough translation for the shop name. Almost everything in the case has a filling: Red bean (whole, not paste), green bean (not the long kind we think of), raisins, cream, pork. My favorite is the red bean, which is a flexible spongecake rolled snugly around the beans, and glued shut with a cream filling. You can see it front right in the glass case.
