Chill enough in the evening to light a fire and so we took the opportunity to cook a l'ancienne over that fire.
A quiet day otherwise trying to clear our vegetable patches ready to receive this year's seeds and plants. The weeds, unsurprisingly, have also managed to survive, indeed thrive is probably a better word, so there is plenty of digging to do on the vegetable patch
