Counting Seals

Trip to Lerwick today for a long overdue asthma review/check up at the GBH (Gilbert Bain Hospital) for the young one, all good, keep on doing what we're doing and see them next year.

Took a few snaps around Lerwick, some of the sign posts, like Merran Moad's Steps and Jimmy Col's Steps.....there are a lot of steps in Lerwick. In the end I decided on the seals, didn't get any closer as I didn't want to worry them, so the quality isn't great but you can see them, even though they blend in rather well with the rocks, there are nine, in case you fancy the challenge.  They are at Brewick Bay by Tesco and the new cafe place, Fjara. Fjara is built on a little bit of land that used to just be a bit of parking area, like a big passing place, where you could park up and eat your fish and chips (The Fort being my preference), while watching the seals, sadly no longer an option.

Right time to get the food on and see what's on the box.
