London 10k

Today I ran the Bupa London 10k. The best thing about it is its the course for the Olympics and the amazing Mo Farah was running the same race as me!!! Mo did a bit better than me!

Such a Hot day, 25 degrees of blazing sunshine on us as 11000 of us ran! 56:55 minutes, slower than I'd have hoped but then Mo ran it slow too in 30 minutes!!! I was just glad to make it round without slowing to a walk, or passing out on the kerbside! Anyway it was all for a good cause; The soldiers charity.donate here

I think I also maybe got sunstroke as felt horendous that night, but managed to make my blip of my medal!!
