It was a grey old Monday. The day was broken up by a CPD session over lunch.(oh yes....a Monday with a lunch meeting...joy) The topic? The Business Canvas Model. An ineresting alternative to the traditional business plan and one which our clients might well make use of as a way of beginning to realistically think through their idea.
