Up and Down

A day in theatre in the Endoscopy suite. Gastroscopy is 'down' and colonoscopy is 'up'. Having witnessed lots of both actually the latter is the lesser evil.
Rather fancy this camera scope only £35k. A snip and the blips I could take...!
