In a puddle

A nice lazy start to the day for me . Seeing  as the weather was nice and sunny I decided to go for a walk in the local park enjoying the sunshine. So pleased I did as the subject for this weeks FB photo contest is "Puddles" and with the sunny weather drying them up I was lucky enough to spot this Blackbird  feeding away in this patch of mud with a puddle in it. So a bonus blip and FB entry sorted .
This afternoon a trip to my Mums to strip down the paint work in her hallway ready for decorating. While there I had the sadness of watching her pet Budgie lay on the base of his cage and die so she is a little upset.
