Singapore View

When you walk in a city you find all sorts of things, both large and small. Sometimes they move and sometimes not.

When you find the Cavenagh Bridge you will see some large sculptures however keep an eye out for the smaller ones. Here a mother watches her pride play, while also looking at the city grow around her. These are  of Singapura cats  commonly called drain cats in Singapore. You need to also look and find their dinner, nearby.

The Bridge has a strong history too. Cavenagh Bridge is the only suspension bridge and one of the oldest bridges in Singapore, spanning the lower reaches of the Singapore River in the Downtown Core. Opened in 1870 to commemorate Singapore's new Crown colony of the Straits Settlements status in 1867, it is the oldest bridge in Singapore that exists in its original form.
