Yes, it's blue.

Meet the Blue Iguana, native only to Grand Cayman and threatened both by Green Iguanas and the relentless tide of development.  It's possible to buy a piece of land 5 inches square for $750 (this is based on an average of $500,000 per half acre).  You can also buy two drinks for the cost of an evening meal for two in Cuba.  This, of course, is a bargain because you don't have to pay income tax and you get to rub shoulders with some amazingly altruistic people.  The downside is that they have just increased the minimum wage to $4.50 per hour, apparently this could sound the death knell for the hospitality industry unless they increase their charges.
