Way to go!

Our Tuesday walk with Cumbernauld & Kilsyth Ramblers was a rather wet affair. Advertised as a "Denny Circular via Chacefield Wood" we did actually meet in Denny, we did walk in Chacefield Wood and we did return to our start-point at the end of the walk - it's just that the first and last of these two events happened closer together than we had initially planned.

It was a persistent, heavy, drizzly kind of rain that limited one's enjoyment and, although most of the paths were fine, we had to make a couple of minor detours due to a couple of bits being flooded.

Lovely bacon butty in the Strathcarron Hospice cafe at the end of the walk, though!
