Silly face

Rafi likes to get up early (especially in the holidays)and is full of fun from the minute he wakes up! He's had a lovely afternoon with Olivia and her family at Clumber park and is now fast asleep in bed.
I have had a day of catheter training today. Very good, but I couldn't help tittering when I saw the latex models (I'll grow up one day!)
Went to Meadowhall with Nina and Lizzie after work as Nina says she has absolutely nothing to wear! She managed to find some clothes, so she will now be able to go out in public again. I bought some new trainers as I'm going to try doing a bit of running, my aim is to do the 5k park run at Clumber at some point.
