Happy 40th!

Happy 40th Birthday, Jim.  How about some half-eaten birthday brownie?  That's what you get when your birthday is on a Monday and you work late and the kids have swimming.  We didn't even remember to open the gifts!  So sad.  Good thing we already celebrated.
